The Concept
Onelifestyle was established over 5 years ago when personal training was just starting to become the phenomenon it is now. We have experienced a massive growth curve due to the customer experience we give,(which we get regular feedback on) through to the support that we give our team of over 100 trainers.

Onelifestyle is uniquely positioned as the largest home based personal training company with a very clear objective of having a nationwide team during 2008. This will allow us to support all customers where ever you are & commercial relationships that need us too.

So balancing the growing needs of customers means we need to ensure that we have the best personal trainers,we have built the business not only around clients but also around our trainers, listerning to their needs which is why we still have our 1st,2nd and 3rd recruited trainers...So to meet the customers needs this is why we are now developing our own courses and workshops which is also satisfying our trainers hunger for eductational development.
