Working out at home might seem a bit of a half way house, where health & fitness is concerned but there are so many benefits by training this way, you'll be amazed. All of our trainers are level 3 qualified and fully insured (yes, even in your house) and by studying to be a PT, this kind of training is exactly what they are all about. You don't need to have a treadmill, or rowing machine to maximise your workout. if you live in town or in the country, there are many flexible ways we can train you. Many people don't like the idea of running, but if you think it could be your thing, (even a mile will do!), then what better way to raise the heart rate than a gently run round the block.
All of our trainers have a wide range of mobile equipment that they will bring with them, to make your workouts fun, variable and challenging, including fitballs, boxing mitts and pads, dynabands, medicine balls, handweights, skip ropes and much more.You'll be surprised how many calories you'll burn by throwing a few punches with some boxing gloves on. You also don't have to worry about travelling anywhere or what time you'll be home, and afterwards you can just jump in the shower, and it's done.
