The essence of our Personal Training studio means just that, it is PERSONAL, adapted to suit you, your schedule, health & fitness levels, location and objectives.At our personal training studio we have a large team of exceptionally talented & trained and insured personal trainers , One Lifestyle opened it's first personal training studio in 2004, which is based in Beaconsfield, Bucks just off Jctn 2 M40.

The Training Station is run in partnership with Totally Fitness (they have the fitness studio concession in Harrods...!!!), so is full of the latest state of the art equipment as well as having some of the highest qualified trainers in the UK based there. If you live or work in or around the Beaconsfield area, this is a convenient and effective way to fit in your fitness routine, and having a fixed appointment with your trainer gives you that extra motivation to get up and out the door..
