With motivation and education I train my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals and give them a better understanding of how their bodies work. I cover all forms of trianing be it weightloss, toning and shaping, pre or post natal, sports specific such as for a skiing holiday, golf, tennis, triathlons, etc, core strength and improving flexibility. Additionally I do massage which keeps the body well maintained, ideal when being more active. |
