| Experience | East Anglia and North East trainer manager for One Lifestyle and a Sports Science graduate, I have been involved in health and fitness for the last 10 years. I have experience training students throughout my degree and my knowledge and qualifications have enabled me to train clients from their own homes. I am also a football coach with Tottenham Hotspurs when I am not training clients and have first hand experience of fitness training for the elite. I hold the highest qualification in Speed, Agility, and quickness, which is a fitness training method that is used by novice to elite athletes involving hurdles, ladders, parachutes and other resistance equipment. Personal training is my expertise and I offers a variety of training methods which are fun, exciting and fulfilling, whilst focusing on getting you the results you require in the shortest amount of time.
