| Experience | A sport science graduate, Michael fellows has been involved in health and fitness in the last 10 years. Michael has experience coaching and training young athletes and students throughout his college and degree and his knowledge and experience have enabled him to train clients from their own homes. Michael is a football coach with both Reading football club and Koever when he is not training clients. He is also currently manager of AFC Wallingford under 18’s and also first team coach and has had firsthand experience of fitness training for the elite. The team’s recent quick success is due to the high fitness levels of the players which enable them to outperform teams during match play. With Michaels specific football coaching qualifications and experience in a number of sports at local and elite level, he is able to offer a variety of training methods which are fun, exciting and fulfilling, whilst focusing on getting the results you require in the shortest amount of time. Michael can cover most areas of exercise and fitness and offers a free consultation to discuss your needs and goals and how we can meet them. |
