Experience

I have 2 and half years experience as a personal trainer. In this time i have worked with many different people with many different goals. I understand the barriers people face, and the need for variety and enjoyment combined with a challenging and effective workout. This experience has given me the tools to help people through the good and tough times that come with exercise.

I have also spent the last few months studying for my NVQ Level 3 Instructing Physical Activity and Exercise which i hope to complete in the very near future. This has already increased my knowledge and understanding to the next level.
