I am a Level 3-Advanced Personal Trainer with 5 years experience and a Soldier in the Territorial Army, my military training as showed me how to be truly self-motivated, and develop amazing team building and management skills. I have full GP exercise referral; including Obesity, Children, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Strokes, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Elderly, Pregnancy & Case Studies. My speciality is Kettlebell training, which I have been using for 5 years, including teaching courses to other personal trainers and the military. I also work for British Military Fitness. |
